GolVision Care Instructions

We want your GolVision gear to last, so follow these care instructions to keep your clothing looking fresh and feeling comfortable for a long time.

Washing:

  • Use cold water settings to wash your items and wash with similar colors. Hot water can damage fabric and cause colors to fade.

  • Avoid fabric softeners that contain bleaching agents, as these can weaken the fibers and cause damage.

  • Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints and embroidery, especially for items with silk screen prints, embroidery, or chenille embroidery.

Drying:

  • Hang dry in the shade to prevent fading from direct sunlight. Sunlight can cause colors to degrade over time, so always dry in a cool, dry place.

  • Hang or lay flat immediately after washing to help preserve the fit and shape of the garment.

  • Avoid using the dryer as it may shrink or damage fabrics, especially for cotton items or garments with delicate prints or embroidery. If you must tumble dry, use a low heat setting.

Ironing:

  • Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery as high heat can damage the finer details and the fabric.

  • Use a low heat setting around the printed areas or flip the garment inside out before ironing to protect the design.

  • If you're ironing embroidery, always place a cloth or towel between the iron and the fabric.

Special Care for Embroidery and Chenille Embroidery:

For t-shirts with embroidery or chenille embroidery, please follow these additional steps to maintain the texture and quality of the design:

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and always turn your t-shirt inside out before washing.

  • Air dry your embroidered or chenille embroidered items. Do not use the dryer, as heat can flatten or warp the embroidery.

  • Iron carefully: Never iron directly over embroidered areas. Iron your t-shirt inside out and use a low heat setting to prevent damage to the design.

Special Care for Cotton/Polyester Blend Hoodies:

Your GolVision hoodies are crafted from a premium cotton/polyester blend designed for comfort, warmth, and lasting quality. To keep your hoodie looking and feeling its best:

  • Wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors — this prevents shrinking and protects the inner fleece texture.

  • Never use high heat or throw it straight in the dryer. The cotton fibers can shrink, and the polyester can weaken under heat, causing the hoodie to lose its fit and softness.

  • Air dry flat or on a hanger in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight, as UV exposure can fade darker colors.

  • Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. They can break down the blend and affect the hoodie’s softness and structure.

  • If needed, tumble dry on low heat for a short time — just enough to remove excess moisture — then hang immediately to finish drying.

  • Iron inside out on low heat if necessary, and never directly over screen prints or embroidery.
