Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders to main cities in Australia will take approximately 2-6 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders to main cities in Australia will take approximately 1-4 business days.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders to New Zealand will take approximately 4-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders to New Zealand will take approximately 2-5 business days.

Please note: These delivery times are estimated from the moment your order is dispatched.

We aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. If you have not received an email confirming your order has been dispatched within the stated time frame, please contact us via the details provided on our Contact Us page.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to anyone that purchases above $100 (AUD). This offer will automatically be applied at checkout so you wont have to do anything! 

Shipping Delays

  • Delays may occur due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond the control of Golvision or Australia Post.
  • Golvision is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during peak seasons such as holidays or sales events. We always strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but they are subject to change based on external factors.

Sales & High Demand

During sales events or peak demand periods, delivery times may be longer. While we strive to dispatch orders within 10 business days during these busy periods, please note that high order volumes can sometimes cause delays.

Lost/Stolen Parcels

  • Golvision is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct at the time of order.
  • If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact us through the Contact Us page. We will work with you to track your order and investigate any potential issues.

Tracking Your Order

All orders shipped through Australia Post will have tracking information available. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please check your email for updates on the status of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship domestically to all major cities in Australia and to New Zealand for international orders. Please note that there may be some areas where Australia Post cannot deliver. If your address is in an excluded area, we will contact you for an alternative shipping solution.

Packaging Details

We take pride in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. All items are packed securely, and we make efforts to use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

For international shipments to New Zealand, Golvision is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed by your local customs office upon arrival.

Weekend/Non-Business Day Shipping

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
