Returns Process:
If you need to return an item, please contact our email return@golvision.com.au where we can give you a Returns Authority Number (RAN) which will be placed with the returned item.
Returning an unwanted item?
If your order something that just isn't for you, and your want your money back, we understand as sometime things don't fit. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns and will be able to offer a refund subject to the terms of our returns policy (which includes rules around fair use). Returns cost $8.99 (AUD) which will be deducted from your overall refund amount.
If you return an item within 20 days of it being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a refund by way of the original payment method.
Returning a sale item?
If you have purchased an item that was on sale, you'll need to email Customer Service and request a refund for your item within 14 days of it being delivered to you or becoming available for collection. You then need to ensure that you return the item to us within a further 14 days. Provided that we receive your item withing 28 days of it being delivered to you or becoming available for collection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We aim to refund you withing 14 days of having received the returned item into our warehouse.
After that? We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period as discussed above.
Important Note on Refund Eligibility
We’re serious about our guarantee — and serious about fairness. If you're genuinely not impressed, we’ll refund you in full.
But to keep this offer fair for everyone, returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn and in original condition

Tags must remain attached

Items must be returned within the allowed timeframe

Items must be accompanied by a valid RAN
If these conditions are met, we’ll honour your refund — no stress.
If they’re not, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
This protects us — and our genuine customers.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and cant get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you got proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!) If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item, and place a new order.
Fair use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them or the items returned don't match what you ordered- then we might not agree to a refund.
Returning a faulty or incorrect item?
Email Customer Service with concerns, photos and we will assist you in returning items and obtaining a full refund. You will not be charged for returning a faulty or incorrect item on its own. If you're returning it together with other items, the standard shipping charge will apply and taken off your refund total.
Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather then a fault may not be refunded in full.
