Once an order has been placed and payment is processed, we are unable to modify the payment method. However, if you need to update your payment method before confirming your order, simply go back to the checkout page and update your payment details.

Orders and Shipping
For standard orders to main cities in Australia, you can expect delivery within 2-8 business days after dispatch. If you choose express shipping, the delivery time is typically 1-4 business days. These time frames are estimates and apply once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note, during busy periods or sales events, delivery may take a little longer due to high demand, but we will do our best to ensure your order is sent out as quickly as possible.
Yes, there are several factors that could cause a delay, including circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen external factors. Additionally, delays caused by Australia Post—especially during high-volume seasons—are possible. While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please understand that we cannot control delays that occur once the parcel is in transit with Australia Post.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us, and we'll do our best to track the issue and provide you with an update.
Yes we ship in New Zealand but as our only international location at the moment. If you're located outside of Australia & New Zealand and are interested in purchasing from GolVision, please contact us, and we’ll explore our options.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window and you’ve already checked your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will do everything in our power to track your order and resolve any issues that may have occurred.
Returns
If you need to return an item, the first step is to contact us via email at golvisiontm@gmail.com. We'll provide you with a Returns Authority Number (RAN), which must be included with the returned item. Once you have the RAN, you can send the item back to the following address:

Once we have received your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage in case you need to follow up on your return.
We’re not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If we’re able to locate these items (which is not always possible), we may ask you to cover the cost of sending them back to you.
If you ordered something that isn’t quite right for you, and it’s still in its original condition, we’re happy to accept a return for a refund. However, please note that a $8.99 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
To receive your refund, the item must be returned within 20 days of delivery or when it was available for collection. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
