While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please understand that we cannot control delays that occur once the parcel is in transit with Australia Post.

If you ordered something that isn’t quite right for you, and it’s still in its original condition, we’re happy to accept a return for a refund. However, please note that a $8.99 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
To receive your refund, the item must be returned within 20 days of delivery or when it was available for collection. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
